Vivian Ann Robinson Vancleve was born March 12, 1962 in Montgomery County Kentucky. She was the daughter of Chalmer Robinson and Lillie Mae Rogers. She served as a PVT in the U.S Army. Her family moved to Powell County Kentucky and she graduated from the Powell County High School. Vivian Married Orville Vancleve on December 28, 1980. Vivian Passed away on December 21, 1987 from a Heart Condition. She was 25 years old. She is buried in the West Bend Cemetery, West Bend , Powell County Kentucky.
