Warning Order Attorney in order to attempt to contact, locate, and notify various Defendants in
the case of Janice Sweeney vs. Unknown Heirs of Hallie Baker, et al. – Powell Circuit Court
Case No. 26-CI-00199.
The following individuals are the Defendants in this action that this attorney is seeking any

The litigation is a quiet title action relative to a tract of property originally owned by Elijah L.
Baker, located in Powell County, Kentucky, with the deed being recorded at Deed Book 51,
Page 532 at the Powell County Clerk’s Office. Anyone having information regarding the above
